Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever. Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.

Product care

Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always the way you like it, not always in the preferred order.

Brown: Why brown is a plus. It mirrors brown furniture and allows for distressing if that is the look your after. Always start with a primer first. Local hardware stores and Walmart have paints and glues and primer to buy. Sure even use the newest chalk paint materials. Primer is to allow for the next step of paint to have the proper adherence. One of my choices is Zinzer gold stain blocker primer in white if my project is a light shade. Try not to get paint on the back side so it will glue down as flat as possible.

Flex: If you have any curved shape, set them out in the sun, or on a hot plate, or short time in the microwave. This type will flex.

Cut: Nippers, knife, dremel saw blade, trim them easily, or just break them. They can even be broken up into smaller pieces and they are still very usable.

Glues: I find E-6000 is a great glue for this step. You must tape down the piece or pin nail it to the project during drying time. Some super glues made for furniture with a catalyst can also work. Nailing is always a great insurance that your piece will stay on for a lifetime.

Classic design.

Can be beautifully combined with swags, drops, and more.
